When someone shares a difficult secret, we all react differently. Some of us listen deeply. Some jump in to fix it. Some go quiet. There's no single right way, but knowing your way helps you show up better for the people who confide in you.
This quick quiz shows you your Secret Sign: the pattern behind how you respond, and how to build on it. Working with survivors, practitioners, researchers and our own resources on our website, we've drawn out five common patterns. They're tendencies, not fixed types, so you might respond differently depending on the situation or who's in front of you.
